Today at 2:00 scout, beavers and cubs from all over peterborough area got together and celebrated St Georges day in peterborough cathedral. The service was 120 minutes long. Thorney cubs only had 4 children and 1 supervisor, the beavers (thorney) had more than I could count really. to be honest the service was a bit loud because we had to sing happy birthday to the queen. I carried the flag for thorney cubs group and I spoke to the mayor of peterborough he was glad we came.
