nearly 2 weeks

I really cannot believe it has been nearly two weeks of not smoking!!

I have to say I feel better for it, not breathing out of my backside when walking Oz up the hill, my sinuses are clearing nicely, taste buds are starting to spring back into action and my sense of smell have improved big time, although really not sure that is a good thing with two smelly males in the house, 3 if you include the dog.

I have to admit, these past couple of days I really have struggled, especially late night early morning, when everyone has gone to bed, thankfully the internet has been my saviour once again, and it doesn't go to bed at 10.30pm and I have friends who are prepared to sit and listen/read to me waffle on and keep my mind off things. So a big thank you to them, I am sure you know who you are :wallbash::wallbash:

Joe too is doing brilliantly, if it wasn't for him I am sure I would have given in before now! Thank you Joe xxx

Thanks to you all for your support, I really appreciate it

Well done Lou, it's great to hear your quitting and doing so well, I know it can be tough, and it's great to hear Joe is being so supportive.

Keep it up girl :) .

Two weeks? That's about 100 squid saved already......

Time for a shopping splurge, methinks!

Thanks :)

Actually most days I really don't think about them apart from after a meal, don't even think about the first one in the morning now. but there is the odd day when I think of nothing but having a ciggie, but its getting easier and thankfully with Joe giving up at the same time we support each other and see each other through the bad patches, which thankfully don't generally happen at the same time!!
