We visited the naughty nurse aka smokey nurse aka Tracey who helps those who wants to give up smoking.
She has now put down on our records that we are Non Smokers 
Still have a long way to go but it is nice to be classed as a non smoker. I have been smoking on and off since I was 14 more on than off after the age of 16.
here's to hopefully the rest of my life without :lol:
