Banana Suprise!

Tonight I went out to get basic provisions, fruit, milk and wine <_< So I bought a punnet of peaches, a bag of apples and some bananas. I picked some bananas that didn't look too ripe and looked into the box. There was a strange green/yellow coloured object next to some bananas. I looked a bit more closely and realised it was a dead frog. It looked quite fancy, green, black and yellow. I mentioned to the checkout guy that he might want to remove this frog and they went and recovered it and what it's fate was after that I don't know Just goes to show you need to to keep your eyes peeled :unsure:

Nobody's peeling my eyes... Ooooh the very thought of it is making me feel a bit queasy.. :bad:

When I worked at the ASDA, we used to find all sorts in the bananas.. Gloves, spider skins, spiders, grubs of various varieties. We used to send them up to the butterfly house so they could tell us what they were... Well, not the gloves. We worked out what they were........

The frog? _ a little garlic and some basil, gently sautéed for 6 minutes and served with a warm Rocket salad....
