We Have A House!

Yippee!!!! The house finally went through yesterday and we went round yesterday lunchtime to have a recky, and it is even better than we remembered 
Needs a lick or two of paint in a coupld of the rooms, just to brighten things up, but apart from that, it's great.....It's a Victorian terrace which has loads of original features like cast iron fireplaces, stripped antique pine doors, stripped built in cupboards, quarry tile floor in the kitchen, and a lovely cosy garden which even has it's own pear tree (with pears too!!!)....It's blooming marvellous......But I've just realised.....I'm 30 something, am preggers, have a victorian house, go to a book group, work in a university, and have a 'partner' and not a 'hubby'...How middle class am I?????????? :o Now all I need is the 4x4 and a trendy mother and baby group to go to...... :blink: Oooooo and the real bonus of today is that the girl who lived there before has left loads of stuff, including a load of lovely glazed terracotta plant pots, and a load of tools for the garden Oh, and a washing whirlygig thingy too, although that wasn't nearly so exciting!
