Just when I thought I was getting to the peak of my stress levels :blink: Our buyers came round last night for a bit of window measuring, to look at the dishwasher we are leaving etc. They proceeded to tell us that they got a phone call at 4.40pm from the estate agents saying that their buyer wants some things including in the sale of our buyer's house or she is dropping her price by £2.5k 
The things she wants are a wrought iron curtain pole (which was a gift to them), a breakfast bar stool (which they made), 2 rose bushes (which were recent wedding presents) and she won't accept replacements :o but then we found out that she is buying the property as an investment to rent out - so I think she is just trying it on to get a reduction in the price Just more stress I did not want I wanted to be able to tell schools what was happening with little fella this week but looks like I need to wait a few days Agghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
