Scarborough star trails
At last! after loads of practice, finally a star trails work I'm happy with!
Taken at Olivers Mount, Scarborough.
This one's made up of 78 photographs with each having a 60 second exposure at f/3.5. ISO 200. (Giving and exposure time of 78 minutes.)
I used a torch to paint light on the obelisk for the last 10 exposures.
The police seemed quite intrigued when they stopped to ask what on earth I was doing!
I felt like a right geek explaining!
