The Kajsamoor, built in Norway in 1939, is a Galleass-rigged, square-topsail schooner, and entered service as a Baltic trader at that time. Initially it carried arms for the Nazis but then disappeared within the Soviet block. It re-emerged in Tallin, Estonia, at the fall of the latter and is now in the harbour at Charlestown where it will remain and be maintained. Her name, from old Norse mythology, means The Mother of the Wind Troll.
