The Norwegian Coastal Voyage - 2005

As I get time I hope to post up some still images of my holiday on MS 'Midnatsol', the latest in a long list of ships belonging to Hurtigruten', the shipping company which sails every day from Bergen to Kirkenes, next to the Russian border. Calling at over 30 ports north and then southbound, with wonderful scenery all the way. Fabulous food and excellent cabins, with lots of sightseeing tours at many of the ports of call. Crossing the Arctic Circle at 66 North and standing at North Cape, just about the most northerly bit of land in Europe/Scandinavia - fabulous. I hope eventually that the pictures will do some justice to the trip.
