  1. Well it's started again here in cov coming down well. And with the change in time of day it's already trying to settle on parked cars. And the radar to the south of me seems to have expanded a bit.
  2. Where is the heavy stuff later coming from pal. Is this system going to stall pivot or what as it seems viewing radar that it's trundling north. Basically i ain't got a clue lol
  3. Most likely the same one as I'm also not far from the A45. Was just nice to see falling snow to be fair. Love seeing it fall but not to keen on the cold nowadays feeling it more now I'm heading for late 40s. But I'll happily take the cold if we get snow.
  4. Nice snow shower just gone through here (Coventry) VID20230307142643.mp4
  5. I live on Portland it's been horrendous. I've lost tiles off the roof
  6. I live on the top of the Isle of Portland in Dorset. It gets very windy here at the best of times our roof is already missing 2 ridge tiles and a tile still awaiting repair (private rental). I'm now getting a little worried about this coming off as severe as currently looks. I'll definitely be telling the Mrs to park away from the building as the last tile landed next to the car and I'm not to optimistic with the strength of the roof. It's already weak from said missing bits so the wind can get under it. Plus the property is south/south west facing with no real shelter.
  7. Just been out with the dog had to take these. Looking north from Portland towards Weymouth
  8. All the bust/negative comments lol. I can safely say it's no bust in this part of Dorset. Lightning very close and loud thunder almost overhead. This has been going on for hours now. And there's been much more lightning than all the detectors are showing. So certainly not a bust in my neck of the woods
  9. I'm Tophill on Portland facing the channel seen quite a few flashes and almost constant rumbling thunder. It seems to be a lull at the moment. But can still hear rumbles in the distance.
  10. A few flashes and deep rumbling thunder in the channel south of Portland Dorset. Sky has gone very dark.
  11. I'm on the top of Portland Dorset. And have a clear view of the channel from my sofa looking south/south east. If we get anything who knows but I'll definitely be chilling with the curtains open. The ironic thing is my home town Coventry has had loads of storms in the 2 years I've been here. I've had 2 or 3. And my mate always rubs it in by sending me video's lol. Good luck all it could be a bumpy ride
