  1. Today wad probably one of the most surreal days in a while. Temp in car on way to whitstable comfortable 19 degrees all the way. Arrived in whitstable to be met by gale force winds wild horses across the sea and a but of crabbing fun lol. Earliest one of the season but a lot of fun. I tell you Kathleen is packing a punch next to the bridge. Very impressive feature this.
  2. Please please give me some blinking interesting weather cold and frost wind and rain snow sleet anything. Having worked from home this dirty high is boring and naff. Oh to have 1inch of snow or sleet and proper stuff bored of this now
  3. Sorry iow can you say that it's been downgrading. Nothing I the models I can see have downgraded it one bit

  5. Read the thread on Isha that looks horrible. And we will be the last to get it. A few knowledgeable posters posting in there. Wind speed could be a real concern by Sunday evening.
  6. It's nuts. I always dip out after morning wake up. Return after work and gauge how much .... has been spoken. Today it was 23 pages between 7am and now. It is such a fun game to play
  7. Well that was a near 3 hour journey home from Baker Street to crayford trees down on lines. So I think I have done public transport now tube trains (not running) ba k on tube dlr bus terminated as driver run out of driving time and a 2.5k walk home eek

  10. Well its teasing here near the Bridge... guess a little bit too close to the estuary. Nice to see anyway and I really do believe that this winter has all the hallmarks of being something absolutely epic. We need all the players to be in our favour but to see a vortex not where it should be and all that figid air locked up in the Scandi lets see Fingers crossed.
  11. Does Yamkin still post in here. He was great for the croydon council updates. Surprised at the temp as wasn't forecast to get this low
