mmm..joe from weather bell - did mention in the charts that cold for Europe then retreats and comes back could this is what he was talking about - tbh i think FI is around the 96hr mark at the mo - lots of upgrades and downgrades to come -

Yes totally agree - I think Ian is one of the best around at the moment he goes into alot of detail , might be more tricky for a uk forecast due to timing but never of less - hes the best one we ever had in the west can you actually see Ian doing a national forecast with his hand on the button and gets up the Doppler radar and zooming into parts of the country

i will be traveling from Bristol to just outside newport right on rush hour thursday...not looking forward to it one bit

im keeping a Eye on this one - im off to florida on Tuesday so more details to me the better

sorry mods dont know where to put this from Joe B SATURDAY EARLY EUROPE TO WARM AROUND CHRISTMAS AND THROUGH THE NEW YEAR. A break is coming a break is coming and not just some 3 day let up in the northwest. In the wake of what will be a severely cold period for much Europe through the 20th ( again the cold is coming back into the northwest in a few days, I see a chance for warmth in larger scale, one that could leave us with a break before there is any reloading, once we get to and beyond Christmas. As is my habit, I just want to give you a heads up on what is coming after a period of cold that will be something to be hold... and if you be holding something, make sure you have your gloves on or your hands may freeze on contact

good to see the snow - just finnished work and there is a que of about 15 cars trying to get up beacon lane the cars are just getting stuck [ this is in winterbourne btw ]

Been reading the forum recently [ well for about 10 months or so now ] just to say hi to everyone im new to this. - I m also from Winterbourne Nr Bristol hoping to see some snow sometime this week - last feb was the best snow fall i seen since i was a lkid
