I had one of these before and it seemed to do the job... Weather Station I liked it because you could position the different sensors in different places (i.e. the wind sensors should be as high as possible, but temperature sensor should be 2m off the ground). It worked well until I moved house and the removal people smashed all the cups off the anemometer! The temperature always seemed to be fairly accurate (unless it got really hot in the summer, but I think that was to do with where it was positioned).

I'd settle for that Even far SW of Cornwall gets in on the action (if that verifies!).

Evening all So some of us might be lucky enough to finally see some snow!! Think it's been almost two years since we've had anything of note here! Some talk of the possibility of some colder weather next week too... Hopefully it will come to fruition!

No... Not set it up yet... Need to fix a large pole to one of the fence posts and I need to decide where best to put it (plus I ought to ask the new neighbours if they mind first!). I ordered mine on Tuesday (Amazon)... Free Express Delivery (although I think that was a mistake on their part... not complaining though!). Hope you get yours soon!

Morning Khodds. Bummer... Mine arrived at about 10:00 this morning! Woke up to a slushy scene outside... Not the 2-5cms forecast! Almost all gone now... Was snowing earlier for about an hour but it's stopped now. Wasn't settling anyway. Don't think I can handle any more "snow events" this winter!

Yep, same here again now! There is a band now moving in this direction from Peterborough... Could this be what's due to hit us in a few hours?... Personally I would have thought it would have fizzled out by then?...

Darn. Unfortunately, I think this is going to turn out to be a non-event for us... Again! Got more last weekend! I'll be very surprised if we've got 2cm by morning, let alone 5-10!...

Is it building up at all where you are Sabrina?... I've just been outside again and it doesn't seem to be getting any deeper... Barely enough to cover the ground!

No thanks... I'll only get jealous because you've got way more in Devizes than we have here!! Nice to hear that some are getting a half-decent dumping though! Is it still snowing in Devizes now?...
