  1. Moderate snow in Nottingham... 5p sized flakes. Update: Its absolutely chucking it down now... heaviest snowfall I've seen in a long time for Nottingham (Lenton). I don't think its gong to settle very well though...
  2. Looks like Nottingham has somehow managed to miss out bar a light dusting. Literally every heavy front has managed to skirt around the city.
  3. Snow has stopped in Nottingham... think we are out of the game.
  4. Looks to me like the system is going to swing around and attack slightly further north from the direction of the east. Derby, Notts, Sheffield.
  5. I disagree about it being bad news for Nottingham. Looking at the wind directions and the met forecasts, the heavy band will hit us... just later this evening.
  6. Looks like that heavy stuff building up off the coast of Norwich could be heading for a direct hit with Nottingham
  7. On the BBC website it is saying Nottingham will get around 8 hours of heavy snow tomorrow, and then you look on their radar graphic and it shows no precipitation at all?
  8. Whats bugging me is that the radar has shown Nottingham under precipitation for the last 3 hours now and barely anything if at all has fallen.
  9. Would it be correct to assume that the large mass over N Ireland will swing over the E Midlands?
  10. This is so frustrating... Nottingham seems to be just on the edge of the activity. The little snow we did have has near enough come to a drizzle now...
