  2. Rumblings and lightning just now over head, making the lights dim. Long rumblings
  3. Lights dimming and lightning strike close by, still rumbling

  5. Im on Hinton charterhouse, bath and it hasn't stopped all morning, very lucky. Thunder mostly as lightning a bit tricky see during daytime, sticky as well

  7. According to radar that's it for rain, thought it would have been a bit more intense, although thankfully not. Any idea when the next lot due? Edit. Ok, just seen the nose of the next lot, colourful!

  10. Bit of thunder and lighting with torrential rain about 30mins ago here
  11. Just got back from work in Chew Stoke, wow, never had so much thunder and lighting in one day as I've had today! The amount of rain falling was huge as well. Good storm day today!
  12. I was there, biblical amount of rain, felt like the end of the world! Remember having to walk through a river of water to get to the car park, only problem was the water ran through the men's urinal, jazzy!
  13. I expect the sw will be the breeding ground for any thunderstorms (as usual), although that does mean we get to see some young angry clouds forming which tend to make good pics
  14. On holiday in bude this week. We took our daughter to the beach and thought it was a bit chilly until I saw a load of peeps surfing! Serious commitment to b out there in these temps! Travelling back to Bradford on Avon on Friday, fingers crossed nothing comes from the whiff of a snow signal for end of week
  15. Stunning clouds on way home this afternoon 5ish from High Littleton to Bradford on Avon. Struggled to keep my eyes on the road!
