As the model thread is now out of bounds (as it should be) for daft questions, can anyone give me a heads up on what's likely to happen later / overnight? Due to fly out to Paris for a couple of meetings at 7am from Heathrow in tomorrow.... I'm thinking rain, right?

    Going to be some interesting big football matches this week with this forecast... Spurs v Milan tomorrow night and then (Liverpool 7) Man U (0) v Betis on Thursday - wonder if they will go ahead?!?! Always a nightmare to reschedule European cup competition games...

    Drove down from Glasgow to Wokingham last night. Must have passed about 10 gritters/ploughs on the M74 and northernmost part of the M6 just sitting at the top of slip roads whilst the rain poured and it was 5 degrees an rising. What an absolute waste of money!
