can see that storm in chelmsford from where i am. cant see lightning but the sky looks really dark.

sorry to change the topic from the current storms. But what are the chances for the south come the weekend? the met office extended forcast seems to suggest some potential.......

It's all gone quiet from us south east folk. I thought things were looking good. Now expected to kick off around midnight. Are there any sferics from the french stuff yet? I don't know how to check.

I'll be lucky to see a shower here today, let alone a storm, all north and west as usual, I don't usually complain but this is getting frustrating.

Hi Well rarely I'm confused lol !!! I'm sitting in my garden under what is clearly the eastern edge of the anvil. The thing is I've been expecting it to encroach from the west bu it seems to not be moving at all, where is it heading. the anvil is moving from west to east, but is the track the storm is taking? I suppose what really want to know is am I gonna get battered? Hope so. Can anyone assist? Thunder distant to the west ATM
