Light snow here in Bristol. That's very unexpected!

Nothing but drizzle all morning here in Bristol. Again.

Light but very wet snow here in Bristol currently after the huge fat flakes we had at around 6pm. It's just not cold enough out there at the moment. Really disappointing after the dump we saw earlier.

Light dusting here overnight which was a pleasant surprise. Looks like my journey back from Basingstoke could be fun this evening though!

Met office showing nothing for Bristol tomorrow???? What did I miss overnight?

Snowing VERY lightly here IMBY (literally!) You still have to look at something dark to see it, but it's definitely there. Very excited again!

Been snowing here since at least 3.10am (I've had about 2 1/2 hours sleep) and got heavy around 6am. We now have approx 8cm of lying snow with it looking to continue well into the afternoon. I booked the day off work weeks ago - i'm SO excited!!! Looks like more to come Mon, Tues & Wed next week too?!

Big wet snow here!!! Started as rain then turned more sleety. It's very wet, but definitely snow. Heavier than last night *eeeek*!

Nooooooooo! I went for a shower. I was only gone 40 minutes, came straight back here & read snow in Bristol - ran outside to see light snow for all of 5 minutes before it stopped :-(( My timing sucks!

In the absence of no lamposts in window view, my usual excuse of "checking the weather" (going for a ciggie) is actually me checking the weather. I must have been out 3 times in the last hour but sadly nothing to report (yet) here in Bristol (East ish) I'm driving to Basingstoke tomorrow and Thursday and Grimsby (via the midlands) on Thursday/Friday so fingers crossed I see SOME snow - even if it's manky slush that's been lying for a few days hahahaha.

Light sleety rain just started here. I'd be very surprised if it doesn't turn to light snow, despite the lack of forecast for it (Ex Northern girl, used to "feeling" it coming)
