Nothing here near rainford yet. Vary dry and feels bitter out though!

Very, very light sleet here near rainford. If I hadn't stood still I wouldn't have even noticed it

The drip drip drip has started here. Hoping there's still some left in the morning for the kids!!

Had slight rain here at 3pm followed by heavy blizzard like snow which has stuck, now got freezing rain/hail but snow cover seems to be holding up... Praying for more snow lol

Hmmm met office has me in the amber warning 80% chance of snow, netweather has me down for 9% chance snow at 3pm then big fat zero ( except torrential rain at 9pm... Think i'll hope meto are right 😉

Still a steady snowfall here near Rainford, not as heavy as an hour ago but big flakes and consistent 😄

Very fine sleet now here in Rainford, looks almost like rain but is definitely sleet!!!
