Hi all, Really looking forward to the trip! I'm on tour 3. Anyone else on it? Ill be staying at best western hotel night before so can meet up for a chat and drink if anyone is staying there, Esta now sorted but Just a quick question what is everyone doing about the travel insurance? Do we need very specific travel insurance. as wanted to do a compare the market check but storm chasing is very specific so not many tell you whether its covered or not. Cant wait till roll on end of May!! Thanks All!

Excellent, just booked with united airlines and departure time from Dallas fort worth is 15:30pm! So looking forward to it. Should be arriving at 10pm ish on the day before the chase so gonna book best western hotel and be up bright and early and ready for the chase the next day on the 30th!!

Found one for 15:00pm is that ok?

Hi All, Is there anyone on tour 3? 30th May 2015 one. I'm contemplating going the day before the chase, Seen a flight for £640 doubt the price would get better. Are there any very cheap hotels near the airport? 1-2 mile radius is ok I guess I could cab it. What time and where are we all meeting? Are we all meeting at the airport? Hey, really looking forward to the trip now. I'm going on tour 3 (30th May) anyone want too meet up at Heathrow let me know. I am getting slightly worried though about the flights, I was told the best time to book is around Xmas time, BA have a sale on now and the flight to Dallas is an eye-watering £836!! return, will the flights go down in price soon? I'm regretting not getting it when it was around the £600 mark. Does anyone know when the best time exactly is for booking the flight? Thanks in advance.
