  1. Hi all, could anyone give me the low down on the category of the storm and if it has made US landfall, if not when? I've not picked up on this storm until today, which is bad considering I'm a massive hurricane enthusiast. Thanks Ryan
  2. when is this expected to make landfall and is there any live feeds which will be available?
  3. Might as well copy and paste the comment then, cheers for the push inthe right direction Mondy.
  4. 4 Days of Solid Rain results in...yes thats right, FLOODS! Just beginning to flood here in Paisley, our road is basically an Olympic sized swimming pool. I'll keep all up to date with this.
  5. Got to say Aurorae. Certainly one of the wonders of the night sky, remember seeing it up here in Paisley way back in 1999 I think, brilliant experience. Would love to go to the Arcitc to witness them in all their glory :o
  6. 2nd July Didn't start early, around 1.45 pm, good TS, quite heavy thunder, lightning now and again, and heavy showers. Lasted just over 45 mins, but cleared the skies for the rest of this week. Ryan
  7. it looks a lot more intense on the FOX News channel than AI's graphic
  8. Tune into FOX News (Chnl 510 on Sky) its giving info on the hurricane
  9. Whoa, pictures of Ft Lauderdale cast on Fox, storm looks very intense
  10. On Fox, it said that there was tornadoes ripping near the Kennedy Space Center, and there has been damage to 2 buildings elsewhere as a result of tornadoes
  11. Why do these Americans fail to heed the warning, it says on Fox that less than 10% of 78,000 Keys residents have evacuated, that means that there is still over 70,000 people still at their own home, I'm sure most of the people have a valid explanation, but still, if they lose their lives it will be their own fault. Also tornadoes may be a possibility over Central Florida
