Hello everyone I have a question as i'm trying to understand the charts albeit very slowly i have a quick question. On the last few GFS runs, Low pressure splits our high pressure moving throught Scandinavia, my question is after this passes through why doesn't pressure rise allowing a link up of our high pressure with the Russuian one? Is this because of the slow moving nature of the low pressure or is it due to the strength of the jet stream? Cheers Gareth
