update 16.00gmt. Overcast around lunchtime but full sun again all afternoon. 8ºC, slight breeze from about NNW making it a bit chilly if in the shade. Clear vis in the northerly air. A little high white cloud to the south Barometer slight rise to 1031mB It's almost like spring, front hedge full of primroses which have been in flower since before christmas, probably will all be covered in snow next week !

Light rain arrived bang on schedule 23.00 last night, almost calm. This morning is sunny, clear blue sky with just the odd whispy cloud drifting across the con-trails from the NW. 8ºC, light breeze about 15mph ~ beautiful ! Barometer about 1030mB

Any idea why if I post this message at 23.11 that it will be dated some time in the future ?. 4.6ºc much calmer after a very windy day, still dry. Pressure rising, something like 1025mb (not quite sure of calibration)

Dry, sunny spells, 7ºc Wind : gentle breeze about 60mph (gusting 75mph since midnight), seems to be easing off after high tide (now 3pm). EGNS reporting 30mph. Local reports of trees blown down across roads, some snow on Snaefell mountain road.
