Has been mental tonight. Last time I seen this much night time lightning I was still at school! Really bad flooding in some areas though, bridge out near Omagh, landslides, people stranded, trees down, power outages all over the place.

Yess! Night time thunder and lightning! Got a bright flash on film and almost overhead. Camera currently sitting filming through the window to see if I get any more. Torrential rain, lots of flooding all over the place (thankfully not here). Saw one flash outside followed by a flash through the socket. Almost everything is unplugged anyway, I'm paranoid about electrics getting destroyed by power surges. (Northern Ireland)

Rained fairly heavy - torrential (depending on what mood it took) since half 4 ,Coleraine area. Lively day! Been a while since it lasted as long.

Had thunder in my part of Northern Ireland today from around 5 ish till just past 8. Storm was overhead at one point. Just set at the window during the main show, from around 7-8 and watched it Torrential rain :/
