Distant Lightning - NE London an hour ago.

Developing cell over West London that produced a few bolts an hour or so ago.

Absolute banger. Beautifully captured.

Some stills from today's chase in Ely, Cambridgeshire. Got a load of thunder but no lightning seen.

Wasn't too bad Paul. Be interesting to know how Dan got on. Constant thunder but very little lightning.

How did it go for you Matt? Just got back to London. Lots of thunder but little lightning - some great cloud structure though. Will post some pics tonight/tomorrow.

Thinking of hitting up Ely/West Norfolk area. Always a great place to chase if a storm lands.

Storm that crossed Maidstone earlier. Lightning detected but no strikes seen from my position.

Beautiful storm structure across East London. Some mean thunder, plus a couple of missed strikes.
