  1. A lot of the trees around my house typically go orange around this time and fall in November! I’m not sure what type of tree they are though.
  2. Sat outside in my garden and a fog has descended on us. It looked very misty about 10 minutes ago but now I can barely see 50 metres away from me
  3. Now 25C and clouds have increased, humidity at 55%, feels a lot more than that. From my phone radar, thunderstorms have hit Bournemouth so correct me if I’m wrong
  4. A hazy day but temps at a comfortable 23C where I am now with maximum expected to be 24C between 14:00 & 15:00. Got woken up by a thunderstorm moving over at about 04:00, with more forecast later on in the evening.
  5. I checked the CET website this evening but is at the provisional to 16th at 16.3°C. I checked the BBC weather forecast running up to the 30th, and I was surprised that most days averaged between 19-20°C. If this forecast is accurate, the CET could reach 18.3°C, making this June the hottest on record. Then again, I could be totally wrong and different websites have different versions.
  6. So I haven't looked at the CET in a while but when I clicked on it, my jaw dropped. As of the 17th, the CET is 17.3°! 1.5 degrees warmer than August and 0.5 degrees warmer than the record set in '06. Global warming has proven that August and September have flipped around.
  7. 2020 so far January: mild and mostly dry, CET: 6.4 February: wettest on record, CET: 6.3 March: quite dry and mild, CET: 6.7 April: very warm, sunniest on record, CET: 10.4 May: around average, dry, CET: 11.3 (as of 20th) Predictions June: warm and quite dry, CET: 15.4 July: hot and dry, CET: 18.6 August: hot and thundery, CET: 17.9 September: warm and wet, CET: 15.3 October: rainy and stormy, CET: 11.5 November: continued from October, CET: 8.6 December: mild and wet, CET: 7.7
