    The wind here is worse than the other day by some distance.struggle getting into work this morning.walking sideways. Based in Liverpool by the way. Absolutely horrendous.

    Just lost my ears in that hail. On my break went for a smoke and regret it now.

    Wind picking up in south Liverpool now. Just on my way to work. Nothing too severe thankfully but a noticable difference to the calm only half an hour ago

    Wouldn't know we are in for a blustery afternoon at all on liverpool. Just woke up and having a coffee and a smoke in the garden. One of the nicest mornings I can remember . I know we aren't expecting it as bad here but blimey it's glorious out there

    Bloody windy here now in liverpool.just come to work for my afternoon/evening shift and those gusts are picking up.cold and windy.

    Yes begining to miss Spain myself. Was there for five years between Murcia and Alicante. Can't say I miss working in the intense heat. It hit 45 plus most summers. Working outdoors was a killer. Saying that though their winters often felt cold than here. No central heating. I'd never owned so many hoodies in my life.

    A couple of passing showers but sun y now in liverpool.feeling warm in the sunshine but bloody freezing when that wind picks up. Off to Belfast in a few hours so I imagine not much change for the weekend .

    Beautiful crisp winters days feeling chilly out there.currwntly 3 degrees. Feels cold ,clear skies .lovely jubbly.

    I'm not sure I do agree. Yes it may not longer but I was up for work at 4:30 this morning and couldn't see beyond50 yards.it was the same in work until about 7 ish. I love foggy weather too.

    Nothing more than an autumnal blowry day out there to be honest. Specks of rain every now and again. Few large gusts.nohing out of the ordinary.

    Feels cold out now. Was bitter this morning heading to work at 5am. Same tomorrow I imagine.off down to London tomorrow for the weekend after work. Will feel tropical

    In London his coming weekend to see friends and family I haven't seen in six years and to go the James and happy Mondays gig on the saturday..I'm quite thankful it'll be mild. It can go back to being snowy the next weekend

    Still blowing out there ..nowhere near as bad thankfully. Going to go for a walk around sefton park later. I'm pretty sure there will be plenty of debris. Just enjoying a morning coffee before I contemplate venturing out. Hope everyone kept safe

    Me too to be fair but I love right near a train station.thought it may have been some debris on the overhead lines. Seems to be picking up again now big time.

    Cheers for the welcome Chris. Was working in speke today and left about 8pm was glad I left when I did! Proper howling out there now.
