Repairs To A Youshiko Weather Station

I have a Youshiko YC9385 with 5 in 1 sensor and the temperature sensor and it too has failed after 2 years. I have asked Youshiko for the sensor specification so I can replace it but they have refused to issue any information. Does anyone know the specification so I can get a replacement from Pimoroni as Wetweek suggests. Thanks
