    Temperature in Bristol today 40 fahrenheit, interesting to watch meteox cloud cover slipping south and temperature falling as it goes........35 degrees f. now

    I suppose it all depends on the temperature on the ground the snow falls.................at 1.1c it was maybe settling on 'warm' ground' and then by cooling this ground then by the time it's up to 1.8c it's cool enough for the snow to settle

    I read somewhere another 2 hurricanes expected (one major) for this month.

    But they must have read/heard the news of this particular hurricane is very different........ even I do. I just wonder why they want to stay, I'm not really critisizing them that much as I don't live there, as I said they must have in their own minds a very good reason to stay

    It's odd that some of us reading the news thousands of miles away would have gone by now, while others on the spot decide to stay, they must have their own very good reasons.............the thought of the sea coming through my front door with another 12 hours or so to come would worry me a bit.

    I don't know about anyone else but I'm afraid I get fed up with some weather websites going on about autumn coming (or is here already!) Most people are in the middle or starting their SUMMER holidays................wait at least until September at the earliest no matter what the weather.
