Snowing hard now in Cranleigh ❄❄?? ( just south of Guildford)

Torrential storm here (just south of Guildford) lots of lightening and the rain is just unbelievable. Keeping a close eye on potential flooding now.

Heavy snow between Guildford and Horsham. Starting to settle. Also settling snow in Horsley as hubby struggling home in a sports car...wish him luck with that one lol. Edit...now stuck at Newlands Corner...roads impassable already !!

Thunder, Lightening and torrential rain now arrived in Chessington. Edit : forget torrential it's now of biblical proportions !

The storm is just south of us at the moment, I'd say Horsham area must be in the firing line. Distant rumbles and flashes

Thunder and lightning in the distance now, no rain though.

Totally back you up on that one, took 1hr 35 mins to get 4 miles into Guildford this morning, what is it when we get a tiddly (a few mm at best !) bit of snow, that the whole area grinds to an almighty stop ! grrrrrrrr
