Thunderstorm to report at 0545 with intense sporadic rain. Seems localised ... thanks for the early morning wake up call <_<

Well at last at 1800 some appreciable rain in a thunderstorm 12mm of rain in about 30 minutes, frequent fork lightning but absolutely no wind throughout the storm which I thought was quite strange. Another storm rumbling in the vicinity now at 1920

0400 Violent but relatively short thunderstorm. Frequent lightning and very loud thunder. Moderate rain no hail.

..and from Epsom.... 35.2c in clear sky unbroken sunshine at 1350. Interesting to see what the next hour or so brings temperature wise. Humidity falling away to 55%

Hi Guys, Well most amateur weather enthusiasts here in Epsom are watching to see if the 1911 record held for this town will tumble today. Currently at midday it is 32.8c with a rising humidity of 71% :o
