Hi everyone - my first post here, so go easy on the noob! I did a search and read all the topics that came up. I've had my WS-2307 for almost a year now and it's been up and running (reliably) since February: http://www.davebellamy.co.uk/Weather/weather.htm It's very basic as I'm still using the horrible Heavy Weather software that came with it. I'm planning on upgrading to Weather Dislpay over the winter, and I want to add a weather camera. I have a great view from the top of my garden where I can mount a camera under the roof of my summer house, but this will involve a cable run of around 40m when all the twists and turns are accounted for. Try as I might, I just can't justify spending out the cash for an IP Network Camera, so I'm wondering what sort of cameras everyone else is using. How well do these cameras cope outside? Obviously I'll put it in an insulated enclosure, but outside temperatures will often be below the manufacturer's stated limits. Also, has anyone tried linking a bog standard USB camera to a device like a Linksys NSLU2? I already have one running a music server, and I know they do FTP and camera control software for it. So many questions! I'll be grateful for any/all advice. Cheers Dave
