    There hasn't been much in the way of sleet here just wet/dry snow. Easily added another 2-3 inches in places, our snowman has 10 inch drifts Its great to see the sides of houses completely white from the blowing snow.

    Went for a walk on the town moor with the dog earlier and snow was above ankles.

    Not too impressed by this shower. The flakes are very fine and it's not laying on surfaces where snow has melt.

    Is there something forming in the North Sea? looks like a band trying to form from up past Aberdeen down to Teeside. Sky clearing up quite a bit.

    Sky news have us to have 3-4 hours of snow with the front moving back in off the North Sea.
