  1. A gloriously sunny start to the day....more cloud as expected during the afternoon, but still with sunny spells. A fabulous sunset, which I failed to capture @19:45 Temp: 11.9°C RH: 57% Dew: 3.6°C Wet: 8.2°C Press: 1030.0mb Max: 15.4°C @ 13:36 Min: 8.2°C @ 07:20
  2. After a bright start, as expected clouded over during the rest of the day. The rain arrived bang on 17:30.....but only drizzled 1.9mm into my rain gauge over a 1½hr period @21:33 Dry Temp: 12.1°C RH: 89% Dew: 11.2°C Wet: 11.6°C Press: 1011.0mb Rain: 1.9mm Max: 14.7°C @15:32 Min: 4.1°C @05:49
  3. Picture perfect October day - Clear cool start, just above ground frost territory. The rest of the day with mainly sunny skies and wisps of Cirrus. @20:06 Temp: 10.4°C RH: 64% Dew: 3.9°C Wet: 7.5°C Press: 1022.0mb Max: 15.2°C @13:56 Min: 4.2°C @07:12
  4. After 7.2mm of rain overnight, a bright start to the day, but as expected, clouded over somewhat from the S/SW, but stayed dry. @20:55 Temp: 11.0°C RH: 71% Dew: 5.9°C Wet: 8.6°C Press: 1011.0mb Max: 17.5°C @00:00 Min: 10.0°C @07:53
  5. Yee Gads!!!! If they did indeed call it a Hurricane, or ex Hurricane, then no wonder Joe Public now seems to think every strong gust of wind is called a 'Tornado'. Forecast slots like that, there would be no hope..... I have to agree. A 'lovely' little feature..... but that's all....
  6. As expected a cloudy start, with a little rain around, eventually recording only 2.4mm. A few brighter spells through the afternoon and warm and humid as expected....and yet saw 2 joe public wearing gloves. (one also a scarf), at lunchtime ...yes gloves . Looking forward to the potential 'drenching' overnight into tomorrow....give that rain gauge some work to do....I say potential, as 'heavy rain' has a habit of fragmenting and dissipating as it approaches these parts !!!! @20:00 Temp: 18.6°C RH: 91% Dew: 17.1°C Wet: 17.7°C Press: 1003.0mb Max: 20.4°C @ 16:35 Min: 10.3°C @ 00:35
  7. A glorious start to the day. Some cumulus now developed, probably no more than 2 oktas. A dry day on the cards after surprisingly accumulating 0.2mm in a brief spell yesterday as the very fragmented cold front passed through. The first proper measurable rain since 3rd Sept. @12:00 Temp: 14.2°C RH: 49% Dew: 3.6°C Wet: 9.4°C Press: 1011.0mb Overnight Min: 8.4°C Yesterdays Values: A very surprising top temp...Was only expecting, and my forecast was for 16°C as a max...but on checking other readings around the local area, my max was was representative. Max: 18.8°C - @13:50 Min: 14.4°C - @23:42
  8. Bright start, interspersed with a lot of lot of cloud, but another dry story, and looking like it will stay that way, with any precip, as usual, dying out before it gets to these parts. Breezy @10:45 Temp: 15.4°C - +1.5p/h RH%: 67% Dew: 9.3°C Wet: 12.2°C Press: 1004.0mb - Falling at 2.0mb p/h Min overnight: - 13.5°C @ 03:24

  14. Low cloud has developed overnight...so temps didn't fall too far and a mild start.
