    Have I learnt my lesson! Prob not! The lesson to be learnt is do not get caught up in the mad thread! It’s all ramp FI stuff then when it comes to the event it all gets watered down and watered down and we got nothing.

    According to the radar shows snow over Worthing at the moment! I can see no snow falling

    Unless we see a shift in models this evening any chance of snow tomorrow or from this cold snap seems the have gone! It seems our region is a very hard location to get a decent snow event these days!

    Gfs has been showing snow in the far south last few runs on Wednesday! I just wonder if the ECM will catch on tonight or tomorrow! Equally it may go the other way the gfs May drop the idea!

    Upgrades this evening which is teasing us for Wednesday! Hoping for more upgrades tomorrow!

    Have to admit I am very doubtful that the front will make southern Britain midweek, I am hopeful of surprises cropping up in the week in the northerly flow! Hopefully more clarity by end of weekend!

    Since when did we have confidence in models 8 days out, there is still going to be changes until 5 days out at least! We are still in with at least a low chance of a cold Christmas Day!

    My break didn’t last long lol, gfs is good, Christmas Day is still 9 days a head so I think it is too early to have any confidence and of course ECM not on board! Hoping we can gain confidence of a cold Christmas over the next few days! Fingers crossed ECM comes on board! Gfs ensembles have a nice cluster of cold members too!

    Apart from frost another non eventful cold snap for me! Too much ramp about a week ago in the model discussion thread! I will not be buying in to it again!

    I’m loving the cold charts, but seems a lack of snow on gfs! ECM on this run, not sure about ukm! So would like to see snow opportunities increase on more runs

    Hoping snow showers or troughs come in from the east north east! It’s looking like it will get cold but very unsure about precipitation! Who knows low to our south maybe showing again by tomorrow!
