  1. Dxnielwashere yes the preselis got a good covering. I think we had just about an inch
  2. andymusic not sure about this… I mean this weekend didn’t turn out cold did it!? All rain here in the west, with the odd hail shower the last few days.
  3. andymusic we’ll keep our fingers crossed! Not sure I can get excited about half a centimetre. What are the temps looking like?
  4. Bizarrely, we’ve had some drier days down west, but the ground saturation is high. How much rain can we take!?!
  5. That’s very similar to the European weather alert system. I find AccuWeather app is spot on. It’s postcode/geolocation based and they often put out the notification before it goes live on the metoffice website.
  6. Storm Isha has been named and Wales will bear the brunt based on current predictions. Anyone got any recommendations on a decent weather station? I have a mobile alerts technoline base station. Over the years the wind and temp elements have failed. Do I just buy extra parts or go for something new?
  7. Another freezing morning with existing laying snow and ice across much of the county. Big impacts on school closures across Pembrokeshire again today.
  8. those showers look like they could be heading further inland. Slow progress so far!
  9. The radar suggests this… not sure if it’s actually happening! It’s been a bit like this winter - radar suggests precipitation, apps saying it’s snowing and nothing!
  10. There was a light dusting over the Cwmcerwyn this morning. Feeling colder today for a change!
