    No rain since midnight; 3.6mm yesterday into the evening; Dry and bright with sunny spells and variable cloud amounts. Near normal low of 13.1C

    Thunderboom Not so it is the other way round Yes, saltwater is denser than ordinary (fresh) water. The dissolved salts in seawater increase its mass, making it more dense than freshwater, which is primarily composed of water molecules.
