Radar queries

I would be grateful if someone can advise me what the correct contact email address is for Netweather radar v8 queries - to send a screen picture of a query I have with Netweather radar

I sent an email to that listed on the support page - but don’t know if this is the correct email address - the email address that starts ‘hello’

 dallas Thanks, we're investigating this currently

 dallas This has been resolved now, apologies for the issue. Would definitely recommend using the V8 radar by the way, it's far more feature rich and whilst we have no existing plans to drop the V4, it is a legacy product.

On the V8, the rain images seem to be set on pixel, is there a way to set them to smooth?

 dallas Yes, if you click the display settings icon near the bottom left, the smooth option is in that menu:
