TwisterGirl81 I am so, so sorry to hear your heartbreaking news. Oh how I hate people who drive too fast in residential areas 😡.

Please take care of yourself, be kind to yourself and know that you gave Peeky a wonderful, happy and loving home. Those pawprints will be in your heart forever. 🌈 💕

Usual late november drama showing on the models, if not a storm then a cold snap/spell. Then it usually goes back to nothingness until another short drama late winter, like in the last few years. Let's see this time. 😊

Meanwhile in Hungary, the Swamp Cypresses are on fire:

rain_shadow give us a head's up in the moans thread when something interesting in the cold department comes into the 5-6 day timeframe please. I can't make head nor tail of that model thread this time of year with all this 10 day malarkey!

Ramp, ramp, ramp; but, to be fair, there are some gems in there too. However hard they are to find. 👍

I can only imagine the chaos in the MAD thread.

On the basis that there hasn’t been 29cm of laying snow at home since probably before the time of William the Conqueror I’d feel pretty certain in saying it’s unlikely to come off.

Anyone remember 19th Nov '96, gave a lot of snow here, only day where I sent home from school no teachers! Could we be looking at a similar setup this year, although it was colder in '96

 Alderc 2.0

1978 here, I think.

I was thinking that was the potential year in all seriousness however given I was only born in Dec 78 it’s not exactly one that jigs the memory.

Relativistic Look, i know we have this discussion every year when it comes to the MAD thread. I'm no weather expert so I'm clueless with half the stuff that's posted over there. Just funny to watch peoples emotions over a chart and what may or may not happen in 10 days.
