 ANYWEATHER

It is a raw report code from weather stations. AI describes it:

KCDC: This is the ICAO airport identifier. KCDC stands for Cedar City Regional Airport, located in Utah, USA.

180722Z: This indicates the date and time of the report. It was issued on the 18th of the month at 07:22 UTC (Z is Zulu time, which is UTC).

AUTO: This indicates that the report was generated automatically by the weather station, without human intervention.

36007KT: This reports wind conditions. The wind is coming from 360 degrees (true North) at a speed of 7 knots.

5SM: This indicates visibility. The visibility is 5 statute miles.

-TSSN: This indicates that light snow (denoted by the minus sign) is occurring along with the presence of snow (TSSN) in the vicinity.

Summary: At Cedar City Regional Airport (KCDC), on the 18th at 07:22 UTC, there was a light snow observation, visibility was 5 statute miles, and wind was from the north at 7 knots

The AI has got the majority of it right but I can spot one clear mistake: TS means "thunderstorm" and SN means "snow", and a - sign means "light", so -TSSN means "light snow with thunderstorm".
