After persistent high pressure brought widespread anticyclonic gloom this November, a significant change is finally on the horizon, with clearer conditions arriving Monday followed by potential Arctic influences later this month.

A lot of the GREEN air quality (very low particulates) has gone by this morning.  Typical of stagnant weather with temperature inversion.

Rory Westerly still expected to bring a marked change tomorrow.
