I see that the Mini 4k is on sale - is it worth getting, and should I get the fly-more combo?#

Thanks

@Liamkaboom Really good first drone. Great camera on it and definitely worth it for Black Friday.

 The Tall Weatherman Awesome, thanks.

Would you recommend the fly-more combo?

@Liamkaboom If it’s easily in the budget then yeah. I wouldn’t recommend it. I would get the bog standard DJI mini 3 if your in that price range.

I use the mini 3, would strongly recommend that one over the mini 2 / 4k.

Ok, so I should get the Mini 3 without the fly-more combo?  Seems ok to me!

I jugged about this and that, or even get a licence and go heavy - but no i settled for the mini 3 fly combo last year.

3 battery's, 3 battery charger (that can be used as a powerpack) Replacement rotorblades, useful carry pack that everything fits nice into.

And above everything the DJI Controller <- Brillant display even in sunshine! Mobile phones attached to standard (DJI) umbilical remote depends on how good your phone is.

Just a note to DJI remote controller, its dedicated to do its job, not recieve text's incomming calls etc whist using a mobile phone to control your aircraft.

Also to note, if your new to this is SD cards - i have three cards.

One 128GB for the controller and two 264GB's for the drone.

Reason is 128 for the controller to dump all firmware etc into that to free up the onboard control memory.

Two 264's are better than one if one fails when out in field a backup is good.

**EDIT: Read and write data, this could pose a problem on new people to drone's video return and 4k recordings.

I use Samusung's class 10 evo plus memory cards.**

I personally prefer the controller which attaches to my phone as downloads photos to phone straight away very quickly. One of my friends has the controller with the built in screen and for him it can take a while to get the photos onto phone, has even had issues before with that but sorted it out soon after.

Thanks everyone! Think it's fair to say I have settled on the DJI Mini 3.
