Heavy snow beginning 04:00, becoming intermittent and light by 09:00 for an hour, then heavy again until 13:00. 4cm measurement excluding thawed snow. 

Cloud cover was mostly cloudy with Nimbostratus 8/8, clearing to Altostratus/Cirrostratus 6/8 by 15:00.
