Whether that can survive far enough into and south of London is questionable 

north and west Home Counties with a little elevation could see a couple cms over the next hour or two

Can confirm rain turning to snow here in NE London Walthamstow right now . My instincts few days ago proved correct

Very Heavy thick snow falling in Walthamstow. NE London now. A big surprise as we were expecting nothing

some intense precip headed into nw London 

harrow on the hill and Hampstead heath might be interesting if that hits over the next hour

A thin layer is settling on the grass and roofs. Not on concrete yet as it’s so wet. Need the heavier stuff for longer.
