Yeah this is more of a storm for them than us, might get a bit windy in Norfolk in the morning but other than that just overnight rain for us. It will intensify after it passes the UK and bring high winds to the Netherlands.

There has been some fluctuations in wind gust forecast for east Anglia recently from this, but the track has been very consistent.

Rain for many, particularly the far south/southeast, small chance of a bit of wintry precipitation locally on hills on the northwest flank of the precipitation.

Strong coastal winds at times along the south/southeast coast at first, strongest winds from the low will develop over the north sea of course tomorrow. Potentially very windy in the east of England/east Anglia as the low exits, this has been a consistent possibility, though nothing particularly unusual of course.

40-50mph potentially along exposed coast to the north/northeast wind.

30-40mph quite likely inland east Anglia/far southeast England for a short time, so quite a typical wet and windy event late night/ tomorrow event for the majority here.

Models showing 30-40mm of rain in the far south/southeast of England

So biggest impacts potentially for Netherlands as the system strengthens.

just a bit concerned about how full the rivers are down here tbh, fields are already waterlogged and surface flooding on some of them. but at least they issued a warning ahead of time instead of hours before the event

Highest amounts matched the Yellow warning areas perfectly.

44.9mm Calbourne looks like highest total, on the Isle of Wight.

So your typical autumnal weather here but much stronger for Germany/Netherlands..

With gusts upto 70-75mph for the Netherlands especially on that coast this evening and likely upto 60-65mph for parts of northwest Germany in particular.

The cloud stream over us (Dorset & west country) link nicely to Storm Conall over Germany at the moment.
