Radar issue. V8. No rain showing just the map

Hey sorry if im in the wrong place for this but my  v8 radar isnt working on my phone, it shows the map but its just blank, no rainfall showing. It works great on my macbook but no luck on my phone. Ive tried clearing cookies and browser history etc but no luck getting the actual rainfall to show. Can somebody please help.

 Marcus_surfer Have you maybe turned the opacity right down?
