Was wondering why my eyes have been bothering me lately and sneezing a lot 🙄 Very high pollen levels for the next few days away from the far north and west

dunno what I get, but some sort of rain allergy during July and Aug, tight chest and blocked nose, it's okay when it's dry

The pollen has been pretty bad for me this year but thank god for Cetirizine. The only antihistamine that works for me.

Do you know which tablets these are? Like @Dark Horse, Cetirizine are the only ones that work for me, although I may try Fexofenadine on the bad days to see how that goes, which I think is a stronger one.

Same here, although strangely my hayfever hasn't really kicked in yet this year - I don't want to tempt fate because I know it will before too long. I'm sure I'm normally sneezing by this time of June. Perhaps there's a bit of seasonal variation this year?

The usual ones were 10mg, these were 120mg and might have been a different type,

It's been rather breezy along east coast which is probably dispersing the pollen here. I couldn't stop coughing one year from the pollen, the GP prescribed stronger tablets.

The beeswax gel that can be bought usually works well for me. Apply it to your nostrils, and it traps the pollen before it gets up the noise.

I was sceptical, but was out in a field and didn't get any sneezing etc. might be worse with the wind blasting around today.
