Sunrise, and the two streaks are not comets, just two planes, probably at the same height as I was which being evident in my signature pic. But I do live 4 miles from Birmingham International Airport.

    Morning all,

Air temp in Bramley, Hampshire down to 0.3c last night.

    Clear, dry and no wind.

Icy on the car, but no nice crunchy frost on the grass - dissapointing - why's that? :D

    Hello Kiwi.

It's known as a localised frost. Had exactly the same here this morning with puddles having a coat of ice, yet nothing on grass or paths.

Overnight temperature down to -3.5c. Bbbbrrrrrrrrr. We live in the lee of the Chilterns, so it often seems to be a couple of degrees colder here.

Clear & Sunny. Going to be a georgous day!!

    Thanks Phil,

Forecast to be a bit colder here tonight - and in Solihull. Perhaps we can look forward to a more widespread frost. :D

Cold, clear morning in kent, temps around a brisk 3c at 11am with a cold northerly :D . ..No frost which is a strange it was quite windy last night so that must have kept the frost at bay :) .... the rest of the day will be lovely, cold and crisp...enjoy...
