Somewhat surprisingly, the sun is actually trying to come out here!

As for yesterday... well, the 'improvement' certainly took place in Lancaster. Goodbye miserable cold sunny frosty weather, hello glorious mild damp drizzly weather, that never affects SAD sufferers because we all know that snow is the killer for SAD sufferers, not lack of sunshine, especially if we haven't analysed the topic properly.

Whoever tells the forecasters that everyone would rather it was mild and drizzly than cold and sunny, they are misinformed. When I think of springlike weather, I don't immediately think of cloud and drizzle.

What a difference from the last few days.

I couldn't believe how fast the temperatures rose yesterday. At 3pm the temperature was 1.2'C but by 6pm it had gone up to 8.5'C and that was despite the sun going down.
