Some light snow here as libra23 has said. Been on and off for about the last 30mins or so. Temp is about 2.7 degrees. I recorded a low last night of-5.4!

Nothing here on Tyneside, but a glance at the Lancaster University webcams suggest that it is snowing there, albeit without settling.

Snow reports on Metro Radio in the North East of England, has become very overcast in Durham and wind is picking up,

There is still plenty of ice and snow dusting in Stanley so hopefully it will start snowing here soon, will keep ya posted.

I live south of Derby, and usually when Stoke gets snow, so do we (Eventually). So could this be my second snowy day of the season. No. Why?

Because today was the day I decided to go to my office in Kings Lynn <_<

Snow's OK when it sticks but it wasn't sticking here apart from 300m and above. Sticking in Darwen and Stoke on Trent though, some other factors are coming into play with this I think.

About 30 minutes of heavy snow here. I'd say about 3 or 4 cm fell, we've got 1 or 2cm settled.

We've had very light snow flurries on and off all morning. Just started snowing again but I think its getting a bit heavier. Temperature 1.1ºC.

Unbelievably we had a very light shower of snow here at 8.15 that lasted until 8.30 but it was very light.
